No I did not get to see that.  I have, however, seen them about 1/2 a dozen times.  First time was for the War tour at the now long gone Hollywood Sportatorium, then saw them everytime they came to South Florida up until the Zooropa Tour at Joe Robbie Satdium.

If you are a long-time fan, I've actually got something that is kind of cool - a cassette tape that is the demo versions of "Boy Meets Girl" and "Stories for Boys."  IRC - the copyright date is 1979  :faint:  Hard to believe they have been around 30 years already

I was at the same show at the Sportatorium. That place was always so hot. The A/C never worked. Although to some there was an advantage to the lack of air circulation.  :smokin:

I went and saw Surf/ Skate punk legends Agent Orange the other night and they were amazing. Nothing like seeing an O.C. band in a Canuck steel town during the winter to lift your spirits. I thought the drummer was going to break his kit in half! Definitely one of the genre's greats along with Dave Lombardo, Chuck Biscuits, and George Hurley.

( Agent Orange, Living In Darkness - http://www.mediafire.com/?8z0xz1zjmzi )

Otherwise i'm always on the musical hunt - lately been listening to...

1. The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart (very much like the Smiths and Belle and Sebastion)
2. They Boys (one of the best '77 era punk bands)
3. Iggy Pop/ the Stooges   http://www.zshare.net/download/23427734e11294/
                                     http://www.badongo.com/file/3050678

4. Torche
5. Hank III
6. Gaslight Anthem (the Boss meets the Clash!)
7. the Dictators
8. the Night Marchers
9. the Runaways
10. Vivian Girls
11. the Cramps (R.I.P. Lux)   http://www.mediafire.com/?ftc1evj0nhz
12. Slade     http://www.megaupload.com/pl/?d=IEW4UY3S
13. Gary Gliiter     http://rapidshare.com/files/50382434/Gary_Glitter_20_Greatest_Hits...
14. Infest
15. Amebix
16. Testament    http://www.mediafire.com/?ymkymi2nmjh

etc...

Kyle.
