I was there - graduated H.S. in 1985.  Even had a mullet (although it was not called that at the time - my hair was a "Spiked Bi-Level" I was actually in my hairdressers advertisements for quite a while sporting my do LOL).  I still don't get the androgynous look of the day.  Granted, I guess I did "get a lot" back in the day...

It was always a struggle for me to grow my hair the length I wanted. My dad always got on my ass right about the time it was getting nice and long. I graduated in '86. Man those were some fun times.

I saw these guys in the 88-90(?) in T.O. (that's Toronto for the non Canadians) - Mo Berg the singer was handing out demo's at a Sonic Youth or maybe a Siouxsie & The Banshee's show.

Brett,

The Eagles were my first concert in '76. I remember Joe saying he was going to run for President in 1980 under the Wild Party.

I love the Eagles and both Joe Walsh and Don Felder as solo artists. The two headed giant of Frey and Henley has gotten quite large in the recent past with the ouster of Felder but I sill love the classic stuff they did.

I was at a Robben Ford, Mike Landau gig at the Belly Up here in San Diego a month or two ago and saw Joe Walsh in the audience.  Cool to see him at a gig just enjoying music.

Anyoine else get the new Hendrix record?   I have been listening to it the last 2 days. Not too bad if you are a Jimi fan.
