Probably one of my all time favorite bands. They're even better live and are great to listen to on the road.

Thanks for sharing that - I'd never heard of them and really enjoyed that clip.  I even checked out some of there other stuff and it was cool too.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. They aren't for everyone but I feel that they have a lot to offer. When they started out in the early 90's they were a pretty hard rock band and over the years have matured musicly more and more with each album. Their more recent stuff is more bluesy but it's still uniquely theirs. Unfortunately, they are back to a four man group but can still perform just as they did, if not better, than when they were angry youths, like myself at the time, 15 years ago. I will always recommend them for anyone that actually enjoys good live performances. I've seen them over 30 times now and every night was a different show. They make the setlist the night of each show and may only repeat a handful of songs from the previous evening. Check them out if they are ever in your neighborhood.

I wasnt either. I have only recently listened to their music and some of it is pretty good. I always hated once bitten twice shy and never gave anything else from them much thought at all.

Surfing with the alien is about the only stuff of Satch's that I really dig although I admit that I have not given his other stuff much of a listen. I think my favorite is Always with you Always with me.

I made a cd of hit's from the 60's to play when we go to car shows (nastalgic) other wise its the older bands such as Loverboy, Queen, Alice Cooper, Iron Butterfly, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, ACDC, and always KISS

and being a country gal I will throw in some classic country when driving alone
