I have run both, and I prefer the Magnaflow for the sound on my 440.  I didn't really notice any performance difference, but found the Flowmasters were a little too "Droning" when on the freeway.

There is a new muffler that has just come out. I have sold two on the Yellow Roadrunner that was in my shop that I put on 3 inch exhaust with an "H" pipe.It sounded almost exactly like a flow master (if you want that sound) but they are alot cheaper.

Magnaflows are awesome.  I switched from Flowmaster last year and haven't look back.  Here's a couple videos.

500Stroker, you just sold me on the Magnaflows. I've got Dynomax now, but I really like the way yours sounds.

You won't be disapointed.  I would consider them quiet during a steady highway cruise but not stock quiet.  On WOT they really let loose.

It sounded like he was really babying it off the line. Looked like major traction issues on the first pass. 12.5 sounds pretty good to me considering the small tires being run.

You sure called that right.  Traction is a major problem off the line. I have to roll out at half throttle before going full throttle. The Nitto drag radials just can't handle the low end torque.  I'll try slicks next time.  The car also weighs 4365 with me in it.  :eek7:

Tires are Nitto Drag Radials 275/60-15, 3:55 gears.  Engine is a Mopar Performance Crate 500 Stroker with a sixpack.  Engine is as it came out of the crate with the 509 cam.  Since this day at the track 3 lobes wiped on the cam and it was replaced with a custom grind from Scott at Straight Line Performance.  I'm curious to see what she does with the new cam.  I'm also sure my inexperience at the track was not helping either.
