thats exactly how i want my rear valance to look!!! that is one sweet car!!! when you smoothed the valance did you cut the ends off comepletely or just the bullet out and leave the bottom part together? i have my stock no cutout valance to cut up for metal.

We just cut out the bumperetts and welded in patch panels. It took a little dolly work to get it right but after that ...no problem.

  I have little guys so I built it with a split back seat and shoulder strap seat belts.

Yes I made the metal inserts. They are polished aluminum. I am just now getting my fingerprints back aftet all that sanding.

Someone should do a how-to on the smooth rear valance. The kicker is creating the patch panels as they have a compound contour and either need to be dolly'd or english wheel'd to a slight bowl shape.

thats what is was thinking but i have my stock valance to cut up to get the countor right i hope. not that i would be attempting this anytime soon. although i could i guess.
