Mud Bogger
« on: October 09, 2007 - 04:37:29 PM »
A very good friend has been working on getting this ready for a local mud bog.2 weeks ago it was a stock bronco,he has been busting his hump to get it ready. It now has a 429 ford stick motor with the frt of the torque converter milled down to fit an auto up behind it.I had heard on Friday that he was gonna just leave it an open cage vehicle,so I went up and helped him work on it and convinced him to let me fit the bronco body to it.I know it's not a Mopar, but it is one of my favorite ford bodies. The pic of him in the mud was from Sunday afternoon, just before we left to go pick up a cuda hood from zefertzen for my new project. And I know it's not a Mopar, but I felt most here could appreciate the work that has gone into this beast.--The Clown

Tony is the guy I was with at Carlisle that you met. After that run through the mud he was covered head to toe in mud,but was smiling ear to ear.I think he could build just about anything.

Looks like fun, although I don't think Ms. Oldschool would appreciate the laundry that goes with it....     :roflsmiley:

That thing looks like fun. I've had two Broncos and just sold my last about a month ago to help put money into the cuda.

Just an update-----Tony and the bronco won---wwwwwoooo hhhhhhoooooo 2nd fastest time of the day to boot. That was a freakin blast.I know I am an idiot because I was so excited,I forgot my camera, but will try and get some pics e-mailed to me and post them.Their were some awsome vehicles there and some great craftsmanship went into them.
