Scorpions fans!

Checked out their new album, "Humanity", yet?  I've only heard the title track, but I'm VERY pleasently surprised at how good it is.  Most bands their age don't usually put out good new material, but Humanity might be my new favorite Scorps song.

Here's the music video to the title song.

That was pretty cool. I love the Scorpions. Reminds me of a whole lot of fun I had as a teenager and into my early 20's  :smokin:

I'll have to admit I'm not much of a tree hugger but that song hit the nail on the head. I wonder what the CD is like?

Cool video, the Scorps have always had an apocolyptic theme to their songs, especially their early stuff from the mid-seventies.  Looks like only three original members left in the band, is that Rudolf Schenker with the short blond-dyed hair???  I seen them so many times in the early 80's I cant count, they were great at the US Festival in '83 though!

the scorp's singer has always had one of the best rock voices...in the top 3 at least (paul rogers is tough to beat).
I was always amazed how true his voice was in concert compared to their albums.
Little short guy, can't be much taller than 5' tall.
some buddies ran into him one morning in San fran following a concert we all went too the night before back in the '80's.
he was with his son doing the tourist thing and was a nice guy. not a superstar jerk.

I love hearing bands that tour true to the recordings. Nothing worse than plunking good money down only to see the act mess up the song by changing it all around and singing it differently.
