Hey wait,  April and Chrycho might remember this one...

Don't top off your oil at Carlisle then leave the oil cap off on your way to Grandpa's Growler...

If nothing else, it's REALLY embarrasing...

It's me again(BIG surprise).  :grinno:

OK, don't try to start your car with the air-cleaner off. If it doesn't start right up, it might do a little backfire/burp, that will leave a nice array of flames coming out of your carb.  :scared:  :scared:  :scared:

Anyone wonder why I carry a fire extinquisher with me?   :misbehaving:

And on an "E" body, don't slam the door (real hard when you're mad at the car) with the widow partially down. It has a tendency to shatter!!! I tried it and it shattered!! I wasn't laughing then!! :roflsmiley: :roflsmiley: :roflsmiley:

Don't ask me how I know.... :scared:

But double check the tightness of the oil filter berfore you test drive your car after an oil change (oily hands don't grip well).

Or you may be stranded on the side of the road.  :bricks1:  :bricks1:

I didn't do this, but my friend. Don was changing the oil on my Chally and I get a phone call and he is pi$$ed. " Are you sure you got the right oil filter ? Cause there is fresh oil on my garage floor. " Now Don is a clean freak. As soon as he backs any of the cars out , he's right back in sweeping the floor. So I told him I was sure it was the right filter. And he calls me back later. He checked the old filter and the gasket wasn't on it.  :smilielol: :smilielol: So make sure the old gasket is off before you put the new filter on.

Don`t ask me how I know-

Even though the air supply is turned off don`t stick your face in front of the sandblaster nozzle when trying to unclog it as there may be some compressed air still in the hose!

Don`t drop your air hose onto the concrete floor when done painting if you have one of those plastic water traps on the end as they break and blow dirt everywhere all over your fresh paint job!

Don`t forget to change out the straight water in your drag cars new engine for antifreeze befroe winter!(not me,buddys Monza)

Don`t screw your dome light in with a 1" long sheet rock screw as the distance between the inner structure and the outer roof panel is only 1/2-3/4"!(again not me,buddys Camaro that I just had to fix and paint for him)

Don;t ask me how I know, but do not accidentally brush your arm against a plug wire with 40,000 volts running through it while bent over underneath the hood.

Just an FYI. You can get that same exhillerating feeling by touching the spark plug wire on a running lawn mower. Not that I have done that.   :misbehaving:

If it sounds like you have an exhaust leak around your headers, dont grab them to see if they are loose while its still running.  You'll let go really really fast!

This ones really scary, almost killed my brother-in-law...  Dont pull the drive line with the front wheels on ramps without chocking the rear wheels. A70 roadrunner is a little heavier than what ones head can hold up.
