Best exhaust manifolds?

If I wanted to go with best flowing exhaust manifolds (instead of headers) what is best available (besides the stock 383 ones on it now) that fit an E-body?

I would guess the ones used on the 440 6 pack motors would be your best bet:

2951864 Left
2899968 Right

Please excuse the ignorance, but for 1970 do they differ between 383 2bbl, 383 4bl, 440 4bbl, and 440 6bbl?

 some of the best iron manifolds were the earlier 60 manifolds , but they are not common & therefore expensive to get

I'd think the Stage 3 Max Wedge ones would be the ultimate iron manifold. Very sweeping in design, almost header like. IF you can find a set for sale, I think they are around $1500 a pair.

You can get the max wedge manifolds for 895 but getting them to fit is the tricky part

Any ideas where the clearance issues are?

I believe the firewalls on the older b bodies were set back further, that is just one issue, but looking at my max wedge, I think their may be an issue with the steering shaft maybe.   Here's a picture of my 426 mw I built for my convertible.  I have since sold this project
