Rimblow Restoration
« on: October 14, 2007 - 08:49:38 PM »
I received my wheel back from David on Friday.  I will keep this short.  Although David did a great job on the wheel, his customer service was even better.  I called him on several occasion and he took my call each time.  Eventhough there was a short delay he kept me informed of the status.  He emailed me before and after shot and even sent requested shots.  There was a hairline crack in the rim that occurred during or after the restoration that I would have never noticed in a million years but he told me it was there, sent pictures of it and repaired it quickly.  Once he returned ithe wheel to me he provided it in good packing and also sent installation and maintanence instructions.  If you are debating on restoring an old RimBlow wheel David Tays of Plumbeeper Rimblow Restoration is as good as any.  He is not cheap, but you will definitely get what you paid for.
