Hijacker 2!!!

Hope you don't mind that I tried HDR ( High Dynamic Range Imaging ) on one of your pictures.
Looks a little different from the original.

Larry, your OE ECU (local grease monkeys called them computers back in the day ) ?
The Gel in mine "melted" & ran out while in storage but I've saved it for some future restorer

The gel in mine oozed out too.  I also saved the "computer" because there are some inspection marks on it that I need to duplicate.  I was looking at the autoparts stores online and found that either Autozone or Advanced Auto(I get those two confused)have an exact copy of the origonal box for sale.  I think it's less than $30 too.

No Dutch, it did not come with black door jams....that is something I had done at a much younger and dumber age.  Remember...I was 18 when I bought this car brand new.  I managed not to tear it up, but I did do some cosmetic painting to it through the years.  If I was able to go back in time, I would have never painted the engine orange or the engine compartment black, even though after I had the car Ziebarted (rust proofed) it came back black from that goopy over spray.  The gold is the original color with more metal flake added when it was repainted in 1975.  Basically everything else is unmolested and as it was from October 1972.
