OE style bushing has a metal shell/sleeve pressed into the LCA...normally you would remove as the new part comes in its own shell but the Energy Suspension and others only supply the inner rubber so you need to remove the old rubber.
The best way to remove has been discussed here many times, I ended up with a bench vise, a deep well socket that fit in the backside a cylindrical item to leave clearance for the rubber to come out & lots of penetrating lubricant.

Post in parts wanted here & see if someone has an old shells left over...worse case you can get new complete OE style for staring around $12.00 ea from the local parts stores.
