The day was a success. I took the car out this afternoon for a nice cruise. After I got home I put the top up and parked it in the sun to try to smooth out some minor wrinkles, and noticed the top was a little dirty. So I delayed the end of the year oil change a while to scrub the top with some Simple Green. It ended up looking nice! Then changed the oil, mixed some Stabil into a couple gallons of AVgas and dumped it in the gas tank, and took another short drive to mix the gas up. I stopped and took a few pictures with the top up and sparkling. (for some reason almost all of my pictures I've taken over the years show it top down!

Then it came time to go back home and park it for the winter. I put the windows up for the first time since June! Tucked it in with its car cover and said goodnight for 2007.
It was a very nice day to end the driving season!
