Anyone with a 1971 buildsheet?

I can't make out the column heading for this particular cell.

It's in the J row (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) between the "3-" and the 2nd "4-".

It's a "4-" yet I can only make out "PEDAL ?"

Is it supposed to be "PEDAL (DRESS UP)"??

The buildsheet I got from Moparts is wrong on a lot of the cells (or at least, very different in a lot of cells from my original buildsheet).
