Looks like you get almost everything. The drive shaft will be the same if you have a 727 in it now. You still need the correct flywheel, clutch, pressure plate and you have to have the newer ball bearing pilot bearing for the end of your crank. Hopefully, your crank was drilled for a older style oil-lite bronze bushing. Don't use the older type since the grease will dry out in it and you'll have to pull the trans to re-grease it. (I just did mine again) The complete kit is the way to go if you don't want to piece it all together yourself. I have 2 4-speed cars now and have enough stuff to convert my auto car to a stick too, but I'm trying the 518 auto in it.
When I cruised Woodward ave. this year, it took 5-1/2 hours to go down a 4 miles then come back. Constantly working my clutch by moving a foot or two every second is probably what dried out my bushing. This is the only time that I ever thought about having an automatic.
