Harvest time here on the farm = no spare time.  I havent even been on the comp. as much as I'd like to.  I just need to weld one more brace to the passenger side engine mount and off comes the cab and engine/tranny.  I think I will have it blasted.  There's a guy that does it 3-4 miles away that does it very reasonably, and a good job, too.  I wouldnt think it would cost more than $75 to blast it.  I know I should have done that the first time, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.   :walkaway:

For how solid Dougs car is, the fendertag didnt fare so well, lol.

I think getting it blasted is a great call. It would suck to have a your motor, and body look that good, and the frame not match.   :smokin:

Hey my D-100 trim is yours, u just pay shipping. Give me a little time.

I am going to end up buying my own media blasting kit, me and Doug have way to many projects that need it. Need to price it, and find a good one. Your so right about Dougs fender tag, so very few rust spots on that car?? That just happened to be one.
