The guy who had the car put some black on the lower parts of the car seems to change the way it looks. i.e. makes the illusion in the pics and at first glance that the fender wells are huge or that the car lines are significantly different.  Also the sharktooth design on the hood took some getting used to, but I think it's starting to grow on me.

At first glance, the black around the wheel wells makes the car look as if it is raised up like a 4X4.  I'm not sure yet on what to say regarding the shark  tooth design, but it is one of a kind!

Welcome aboard, bro.  How many miles are on your Challenger?   You will enjoy this place as much as you enjoy your car...a great place indeed.

My first addition was a pair of fuzzy dice.  Is anyone else that retro that they really desired a set?  Made me laugh when I hung them from the mirror, but they seem to fit.

Sorry, no fuzzy dice but the original owner in the 70's did the fuzzy dash thing.  It's kinda growing on me...  :eek7:  :screwy:  :roflsmiley:

Well wasn't one of the reasons we all decided to go with a Challenger/Barracuda is because they were closer to one of a kind?  There just aren't that many of us so I'm learning to deal with a really unique paintjob.  I haven't decoded the tag yet, but I believe my challenger used to be yellow.  I don't know if it's worth it to redo it to original at this point.  I don't think it will increase the value of the car and I'm not planning on getting rid of her anytime soon.
Original 65,000 miles on my Challenger because it sat in a garage for the last 12 years.  When it took it on the road for the first time and opened the dash vents all 12 years of leaves and cobwebs blew through.  I believe the miles as listed!! :roflsmiley:
