I swapped out a 318 in my 73 Challenger for a 440.  Was a quick job.
Needed teh following parts:
3. Driveshaft - no one mentioned this but you will need it modified for length

8. Power steering brackets

If the car already got a 727, I dont think you need a new driveshaft length  :clueless:

What do you meen with "Power steering brackets"..???

The brackets on a small block (318, 340,360) are different than a big block.  So you will have to pick up some used brackets.  The guy I originally had work on my car cobbled up something to make it work but it just didn't work right.  So I bought new brackets.  The peace of mind knowing I wasn't burning up my water pump or going to bust the belt was well worth it.
