Is there a way to test wipers switches and such to see if they work?

1) Wiring diagram and multi-tester
2) Install it in your dash and see if it works

From a '73 Service manual 1st two are for two speed, 2nd two are three speed

Use the appropriate voltage chart for your type switch (2 or 3 speed) I posted & you can.
