that is too cool to connect a previous owner with their car.  That photo is great!.

BTW, that "Barracuda" emblem there on the door forward of the mirror; was that factory? I never noticed that before but looks like it was there even when she owned it. Maybe a convertible only thing or ?   :dunno:

Very cool Brian, nice to meet and share such a cool moment. ;) How stoked would you be if someone brought your classic Mopar up to your retirement home or what not when you're in a wheel chair. It would make my year lol.

:2thumbs:  The Lady looked real happy back in the older photo, the car would have meant something to her then.

:clapping:  It doesn't matter how young ( or old ) you are, the appreciation of a great muscle car bridges generations and you would have made her day once again.   :woo:

Not really sure!  I know that she probably never would have put in on there herself, but I also have never seen it there before on any other car.  I put new ones back on there because I figured that they were original.   :dunno:

:smilielol:  You guys kill me.  The badge is 1971 Barracuda and Barracuda Gran Coupe only and not available on 'Cudas because they had fendergills.  I hope this clears up the badge issue for you guys.

By the way, that was an awsome jesture and a heart warming story. :worshippy   Thanks for sharing. :2thumbs:

That was very classy of you to do!  I live in Grand Island, maybe we will meet up one of these days at a car show.  I'm restoring my 74 right now, hope to have it back on the road late next year.  I have tried to find the original owner of mine but so far have come up empty.  Found a card from a tour of the super dome when I took the car apart, I'm sure that would bring back memories for him!
