    Tempted.  Cheap and w/free shipping.

    Just wondering how much they jack them up.  Don't want anything sky high; maybe an 1 or 2 above stock.

    I bought air-shocks. That way, I can control height, ride, etc. Great for extra passengers and cargo, too. A lot cheaper and easier to install, too, and if you paint them, you can't really tell the difference. I'm planning on getting the kit where you can control everything right from the dash.

     :iagree: If the picture is any indication, it looks like the individual leafs are about a 1/2 inch thick.  2 - 4 inches lift?  :wow: You might be riding with the pickups, then.  :bigsmile:

    I have run a set on an A body.
    No complaints.  Rear end sits up higher, but the stockers were so worn, they were no reference point.

    I wonder who makes them for JC Whitney and the quality of them.  I hear the S/S springs settle over time, I wonder if these do also.  Also I wonder how long they stay arched for? 

    I'm leary of JC Whitney stuff.   :sly:  I bought too many "Made in China" tools from them when I was a teen....my own fault.  :banghead:

    That price is scary low.  :scared: I would wonder if after a few years they would sag like an old lady. Did I just say that?  :misbehaving: I would check out Espo.  springsnthings.com You can get springs that are 1 or 2" over stock height. For those of you useing air-shocks, I can understand that, but it isn't a real good fix. It's a rougher ride, and you can blow out the top of your shock tower. Just ask April's husband Joe.   :eek7:

    I would be leery of them. They don’t show both and would question if the pair are asymmetrical. I bought my mopar springs from Summit for under two Benjamins. Not sure of freight because I picked them up in Akron.

    I agree with SB, I used to line the floor with their catalogs when I changed the oil in my first Challenger.

    I seem to recall sseeing omewhere that Eaton makes the springs for Whitney. I wouldn't put any faith in their picture. It is just a stock photo of some generic leaf spring. Pricing isn't great, but isn't bad. Espo is probably competitive with that and I know Summit, Jegs, and Mancini sell sets for $210-$215. Free shipping may be worth some savings, but I question if it truly is free. Most places charge a boxing or oversize fee for leaf springs, so I bet they zing you with some sort of added cost on shipping.
