When I first started working in Detroit I was creating training for dealer techs, with a lot of ASE Tech A - Tech B style stuff.

I always liked that work the best.  The guys who were working flat rate time loved me and loved what I was doing; it helped them make more money more efficiently and do a better job to boot. Once I started doing stuff for assembly plants it was all downhill.
