Your car is now on youtube buddy.

You can also find it under your user name imncarn82

It sounds good buddy sorry it took so long to get it uploaded I have been running all month. :blah:  :blah: :blah:

 :2thumbs:  :bigshades:

The car sounds awesome!  Are those Flows?  You don't have the front MAS spoiler on?  I was hoping to see that again (with video) cause I just got one for my car and I was having - second thoughts ...

The MAS spoiler hides the alterKation from the front. But it keeps the bugs off too...I got some stuff to fix on it.And I'm waiting on some Plymouth stickers for the front of it. I'll probably have it on soon. I like to see that silver tubular K member sticking out down there. :sly:  But the spoiler adds to the look. My buddy saw it and had one made for his '70 Charger.       Yeah,Those are flowmaster 40's. 2 1/2" exhaust with a crossover. TTI headers.    I sure do love these cars!!!       That's only 4K RPM's too :naughty:    She goes!!      The other night I rolled up on two kids in a 71 Buick GS.  After I launched on them....They turned left at the next light. :smilielol:   It's sooo  much fun!! I love these cars!! THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL THE HELP AND SUGGESTIONS!!!!!!I'M HAVING THE TIME OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!

those 40 series flowmasters are pretty famous for resonance, are they?  do you have any problems with them when used in your exhaust system set up?

Dave...  You helped me do this...  I wouldn't have known what to do or when. THANK YOU!!  What do you mean rebuild?  In two months I'll tear the whole thing apart to paint it and interior.New dash, rear discs...   Can't wait for winter.....not.  But I really like working on it!! Just getting the running gear the way I want it. Then comes the dust.

The flowmaster 40's are nice. They were on the car. A bit of a drone at idle in traffic with the H pipe. But you can hear me comin'!! :stirpot: I know some don't like the 40's anymore. I don't mind 'em. :grinno:No problem with them,I welded them in on the H side.  This Sat. is a HUGE car cruise in Golden CO. Gonna' be soooo much fun!!  It's BIG! Mayby that M46 car will show up again. :dunno:

4.5 front backpacing. 245/45 tires.       Put the MAS spoiler back on.With a decal this time. Thanks Ryan! (fast383duster)  :2thumbs:  I like the look.   Been driving alot! 2K on the engine,5 speed is good. Back in the garage on 9/6/08.  Still not sure on all that's going on. Matching rear discs,heat/sound mat in the interior, Dash pad, guages cleaned up. 5 speed shifter window. My big thing is paint... Not sure what to do...  It's got skins on the back;Making the seam down at the door bad. I could fix it,clean it up.Save it for now. Or,new quarters and get it straight? I got some local guys here to help me with it. A nice shop.Nice people. They do like Mustangs though... ::)  Still...they do GREAT work from what I've seen. All father/son  stuff.  I'll do all I can and learn along the way. They will let me help/work on it in their shop. Pretty cool if ya' ask me...   :2thumbs:  Paint either way for me I hope!    :bricks1:

This thing is VERY fun to drive! Very tight. Got a great feel. Not too many problems. It "runs-on"  sometimes. Heat? Probably going with an electric pump and new lines for sure over winter. Still dialing in the front shocks.  :blah:

Just checked out that rear RMS going in on " Chop Cut Rebuild"  WoW !!!! :o  The "Dream 'cuda" would be complete! :poopoke:

Sweet!

Hey, I may be doing a 5spd kit in the future on another car, something that someone can do with a little luck?

Yup, It's easy. Unless you have to beat the tunnel...  I got lucky.  It's fantastic on the freeway with the 3:91's! I just love it for long cruises. A great upgrade. I got mine used from a member here.    The set-up is odd though... Ford trans., Chevy spline pattern,Custom bearing.  It gave me some hassle getting the stuff together. New pins made it nice. New bellhousing.  Tony @ classic mopar 5 speed helped me. And has continued to give assistance! A good guy.

I was going to get a kit since, I will be starting with an auto car.  But haven't picked a vendor yet.

Tom

I was hoping that the new 6spd in the Challengers would be somehow in a kit by then.LOL :money:

Yeah, It's expensive!  I did good though.  A kit would make it easy.  I go with classic mopar 5 speed. They were cool...Even though they wouldn't get me the bearing. And were difficult. I'm not the easiest either. I'd recommend them.  :dunno:  But ask around too...
