It's been 2 weeks since I contacted Bill in regards to the sway bar mount. Had to weld it up.  It sux when you run the guys stuff and he can't even take care of his clients. What a joke.    I'll find one myself. :ebay:         Hard to have patience with someone who has left me hangn' on so many other issues and questions.  Some speak highly of him...    I think he's a chump.     ok my little vent is over. I'm goin' for a cruise.

Hey, Just wanted to drop by and thank you once again for the intake you gave me. I love it, it looks great on my engine. Just like you I feel so weird not doing any work on my car for any extended period of time. So I ended up pulling my heads back off to "beef" them up. Going to 2.02 valves, new springs, and porting. Last year here at school. We have this super nice brand new seat and guide machine im going to take a run at.

Still shopping around for the right cam and rockers.

Thanks again

Flush mounting glass is a lot of work. There are basially two ways to do it; order special oversized glass (big $$) or you reconfigure the window mount channel to use the OEM glass but reposition it. This requires you fab and weld in new material in the channels that lifts the glass and shrinks the opening so it is tight enough to use a very narrow seal strip.

I've talked to a glass man that says he can do the flush mount on my 73 Challenger using UGM, under glass mount, rubber. It's like what the new cars have, and it comes in different widths, so that it can make up whatever gaps you have. The only thing he told me I need to do is make sure the area where the glass sits, and around the glass, is smooth.

Take a look at the rear glass in this pic.  The one on the left has been flush-mounted.  It looks a lot cleaner/smoother, but you will lose your chrome trim (without more custom work).

I've installed glass in my Hondas and yes it is all in the outside rubber gasket with the little lip around it.
