So that was a ride of a lifetime for me!!  Maiden voyage to Golden. And not a problem. Epic!  I kissed the ground there and back.  She did great!  Still the vibe butt I haven't gone at it much.   Plans are 5.7L 6 speed anyways.   This is just a beater driveline.     To sit there on the curb and stare back at her and watch was worth every second of time,Money and effort for me.  Watching a 9-10 er so yr. old kid yell out. "Dad look, A 'Cuda!"  was the best.    Most onlookers had the same reaction.  Walked away shaking there heads. HA!  LOve it!    Goodguys here I come.  Don't really like them much but I'm gonna try and go. its getting expensive. drama. eh.  screw it. 

Ran into bad rain as we got back into Boulder.Any longer without wipers and woulda been sketchy.  But I made it safe. To my amazement.   Before the rain hit cruising along the foothills with the new red dash lights,Engine purring along,5th gear.   My hand in the pistol grip. Lightning across the sky.   It was out of a movie.     Found a bad crush washer on the carb. inlet this morning.  Cruised around till noon.  Here's some pix.  Oh. I hope you like pictures.  Because I'll be out every chance I get!!!

Thanks, is that the first one you went with? I've been toying with trying to get a cheap Camaro spoiler, or something similar, to fit.

+ 1 on the Camaro spoiler, thought it looked good and ABS (I think) which is another plus

I just put a 25$ plastic camaro spoiler on our Charger. Fit perfect across the long flat lower valence B body. I'll get a pic and where it's from if ya want?   I've had a few spoilers,This one from Randy is the first metal one.   You could get the plastic to flex real easy.   Thing is, The one from Randy is made for the cuda. Fit was good.I used thick foam tape in-between. And best of all it fits right up down low to the 3 lower front valance weep holes. No drilling.  But for 25$ I was amazed at how nice the plastic one looked right out of the box.

I definitely like the front of your car, I am struggling with painting my brand new 72-74 grille black, however I am thinking of something like peel coat or something.

I also need to engineer a tow loop into the front and rear of the car, not that I plan on it but if I had to tow it, I really don't want to rip my spoiler off. I am thinking a 1" round stock bolted to the bumper braces (spanning both sides)

Fantastic job on this Cuda! Love it, You never thought of doing the tires with red colour instead of white? I have seen some with red and I think it would look great on your Cuda.. Just a thought.

I was thinking a red pinstripe on the wheels or something.....right now for me, the wheels are the only distracting part, everything else I love
