Been tryin real hard. But things aren't goin my way. Most of the stuff i order is out for weeks. Shot the tail panel and the rest of the trim ( till midnight) only to find out it's not satin. I am broken. Tired. Frustrated. Seems everywhere I turn theres some hassle. Some problem. Depressed. Now I get to do it all over again. And it was flawless.
Did I mention I'm tired? Been putting everything i got into this. Used to really love the hobby. But maybe it's time for something else ?
Can you give yourself a day or two off and just rest? Your building a car to a pretty high level of perfection, something i couldn't do. I'm not seeing a shop full of guys and Chip Foose helping you. As far as problems and solving them, when building custom, I don't have to tell you, it's a lot harder getting everything to work or come out right, this is what separates a lot of people from even getting something like this done/finished.
Can you slow down a little, maybe it will let you Continue to enjoy it as a hobby again?
Your doing more than a great job, this will be a very nice car, just don't let it eat you. Best to ya, hang in there!
