Still can't get pics up :pullinghair:    Watching you guys go at it...I had to take the engine well down to the metal.Just couldn't see coming this far and not doing it right.Besides with 7-8 layers...that's too much. I found a whole big box full of sand paper at the dump!!!  FREE SANDPAPER!!!  Tons of it! Makita hook and loop!!  PERFECT! So everythings all nice and metal now :icon16: Just finished up the RMS order!! The 340 had a cam bearing starting to go.So,Off to the hot tank and new cam bearings. I'm on a mission here. :working:   You guys help soooo much!!!   Thanks. Robert.

My bro is gonna' kill me :villagers: I just ordered new heads/intake. :money:Eddy RPM's. Putting the 340 0ver 400 h.p. I'm hoping for 425. Bigger carb, ignition. Is all I need for the engine now. Winter has become my favorite time of the year, especially with a garage. It's almost too good to be true.I'm used to rollin' in gravel at best.  There is LOTS going on around here!   :working:   This will all be worth it come :burnout: Someone wake me up! Am I dreaming?     My job is going crazy! People arn't buying homes, they are all calling me to fix up the one they got! :dunno:  Mayby somebody out there would trade a new kitchen for a paint job on the 'cuda.    :icon16:

And that is nothin'.  You should see some of the stuff we do. It's as good as it gets. You know, basically there is only one quality level and speed. You do the same thing with cars Dave.  They are similar things. Kitchens/cars.  I luv playing with stuff.  :working:

So is this the right color for a '73 340 ?   :clueless:    It seems dark.   :clueless:  I sprayed a test...It's just like the cap.  I've done some searching with no definate answers. The info. I find says Turquoise ?  For Big blocks? ???

Hmmmmm....   Mayby I'm wrong.  It sure is close.   This pic might help show the color.
