The end of next week will finally bring paint to the engine well. Screw XV and their front frame connector. :swear: My order wasn't big enough to care about obviously. Where else can I get one? thought I heard U.S. cartool? cheaper too. I'll touch up where I need to...just can't wait any longer. :hyper:      Git 'er dun :working:

With the front suspension here I'm closer than ever now.Just about to order brakes. That's o.k. need time to powdercoat the K and arms. Get to paint.  2008 Viper red is the color.  :woo:     I'll be in the garage  :icon16: :working:

That's awesome that you went with the alterkation kit!!  What cam specs are you going with on the 340?  You'll be tearin' up those evo's!  :burnout:

Nice work!

can't post pics  :banghead:  Drivn' me nuts  :aarg:  arrrr.     Final prime this week.Lots of little things to fix in there.Front suspension is at powder coating. I went with everything silver in color. Should look good. My goal is to be completely assembled by the end of the month. Minus engine/trans./brakes. The engine is together, still need a carb....The cam specs. are .477 lift.  I'm considering the 800 eddy,or 750 holley. Prob. the AVS.  800 too big?   Things are happening around here! :working:  THANK YOU FOR THE COMMENTS!!

Front suspension is at powder coating.

Since I'll be looking for a powdercoater near Boulder/Denver also for the same type of things, who did you go with? Let me know how it turns out
Thanks, Wes

I submit that an 800 carb is too much!  You didn't outline the full cam specs, but with .477 lift it doesn't sound TOO raunchy.  The duration is a better measure of what carb to go with, but of course that isn't the only consideration.  Have you looked at a BG Demon?  Maybe a 650 "Speed Demon"...

With that said, if you don't want to tinker with the carb every time mother nature changes moods - get the Eddy :)
