I'm going to start working on the motor as soon as I upgrade the trans... Its just going to be a pain with CA emission standards.

The deed is done....

Some of you may remember how smashed up the front of my car was at one point.... Well turns out my upper radiator tie still isn't 100% straight so the pins aren't 100% straight but there pretty close. Only 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch off.

You should see how much I had to kill the pin to get the left one to work.... Had it in the vice shaping it for about 30 mins....

It worked in the end though  :bananasmi

Looks pretty cool!

If my plans for a pin-less AAR hood on my 71 Cuda don't work, I'm going to get those.

The pins actually work pretty smooth and seem pretty sturdy... With shipping they were $95 from http://www.deftracing.com/aerocatch_hood_pins/index.htm

Its a bit pricy but with the pretty much flat MoPar hoods they would probably work great.
