Seems like a smoking deal to me.  Is that 1598 US?   You can hardly get a GM crate engine, for under 1700.00 here, and that is a 290HP 350

I would say that's a come-on price...not gonna be what you want & probably impossible to purchase at that price not to mention shipping. Your local shop can probably handle for no more real cost & be there for you when things go wrong. Think more like $4K for a rebuild +$+$+$ for replacement items & upgrades.
