I have always made it a habit to place the phone beside me in the Porta.  I had one fall in a regular toilet once and vowed never to do that again...  Phones have a nasty habit of jumping off your belt loop when pulling up your pants. :roflsmiley:

 :violin:

Ha first time back on since I posted.... I actually did get it back out.

What happened was...

-I went to a job site to check up on some work that was being done
-I had to pee and my phone started vibrating in my pocket so I tried to pick it up
-WHOOPS
-The power cut out on the phone instantly (Thank god for Apple putting the moisture sensors in them)
-I let out a big "AHHH F***"
-The contractors that were doing the work weren't around so I used one of their hammers and a screw driver to fish it out
-I dropped it in a bag and brought it home
-I called Apple and the first thing they asked.... "Was there poop in the toilet?" (It was a fresh potty so it was clear of poop) They explained the moisture sensor and said that as long as no sediment got into the phone and it was dried out quickly it may still work fine.
-I dried it out as best I could and now I guess I'll just wait and see how things go when I get back at the end of the weekend.

I'm going to give it a good while before I try to turn it on... It actually has a Porta Potty freshener smell to it now... if thats a good thing..

Ummm....what did you do with the hammer and screwdriver....did you atleast clean them before you gave them back?  :clueless:  :smilielol:

This is beginning to remind me of a time when I was a teenager....too much sushi....too much beer....and using someones toothbrush to clean the sink..... :puke:
