Got the mouse-nest out of the DeSoto..

Got my hands out of my pockets yesterday, and got the engine /trans out of the DeSoto..
It needs a trans rebuilt, and new headgaskets..

Under the intake, there has been living a mouse at some time...  A nest, and a lot of half eaten nuts..

No mouse anymore, it proberbly got to hot...  :roflsmiley: :roflsmiley:

Don't forget there was insulation placed there by the factory to reduce some of the valvetrain noises. It was usually that yellow fiberglass inside tin foil.
