C-Body spindles

I have a line on a complete 71 front end with disc brakes.Does anybody know if they can be used on an E-Body?

Why don't they work?  Spindle hieght?  Ball joint size?

B-body stuff works fine though.  I have 73 Charger spindles and brakes on my 70 Challenger.  A body stuff is hard to find and these were free.  According to Mopar Muscle mag, they actually are better too, and are a little lighter.
