     :popcorn:   Hope you have a speedy recovery.  I have two freinds who just had hernia surgery in the last month, I was surprised how quickly they seemed to bounce back.  Just take it easy & don't lift anyting heavier than this  :cheers:

    I hope it went well.  I had a bi-lateral hernia operation a few years ago.  Not a pretty sight. :bricks1:

    I believe that 1 of mine has come back.  I don't think I'm going back in after the last time. :22yikes:

    Aint that the truth!!!!!!! :lol:  I am very sore today (Monday) it is not as bad as last year in some ways and in other ways it is worse. Last year I said I would never go through that again..................but here I go again. :pullinghair: It will take another week to a week 1/2 before I will be feeling descent.
