Another update to keep myself entertained  :smokin:  I've been getting alot done, but it's subtle stuff that is hard to see with pics.  Finished glue and trim of the vinyl top, hooked up the windshield washer bottle, the Lokar accelerator bracket and cable, trimmed carpet and test fit the console.  Time consuming stuff, but not good for pics, but here are a couple since pics are the best part of the posts!  I'm about ready to start putting fluids in and install the gauges.  :cooldancing:

It is the fiddly stuff that takes the most time up and the least noticable to the eye.  But we can see your progress and it is still looking stunning, the big day is getting closer and closer with every little bit :woo:

Thanks again guys  :2thumbs:  I'm not sure how I'd get thru this project without the help and encouragement from this site  Thank you  :clapping:  The heater valve was on the car when I bought it a few years ago so I can't help you.  Unfortunately, it appears to work backwards.  The valve is full open when the temperature lever is at the low end and it is closed when the temp lever is at high heat!!!   :dunno:  It only goes on one way so what can I say???  :clueless:  Maybe I can flip the lever...will investigate tomorrow  :thinkerg:

My restoration project is still here but life has gotten in the way once again and little progress has been made this past month  :(  I finally got a few hours free and installed the instrument panel and my new Pioneer speakers.  Hope to work the entire weekend coming up and get the steering colunm, tach, CD player and the rest of the dash installed.  Completion will take forever at this pace  :eek4:

Gotta luv those Redline oil gauges  :smokin: I just couldn't stand putting in that mechanical gauge again that I knew would blow oil all over my new interior some day!  Besides it didn't match the factory gauges and that is unacceptable with this restoration  That dog went into the swap meet pile  :grinyes:

Wow....it's been a month since I've really been able to work on this project  :-[ but I finally got back at it this weekend.  :jumping:  Got all the glass in and adjusted, door panels, finished off the wiring and dash molding, installed the buckets, seatbelts and steering wheel.  Also got the 4spd filled with Redline manual synthetic oil.  I'm having to leave the back seat and inner quarter panels off for now until I can get the car down for a headliner install, but that's cool.  I may be able to fire it up for break in next weekend if the Mopar gods allow.  Still have the front lights, grille, valance, etc to install, but I'm almost there

Well done buddy and nice to see it gone this far.
I am afraid I can't say much progress on mine, still stuck at the painter's waiting for its turn. However, on that Red Line issue, I opted for a Tacho and it looks good. I had initially filled in the gap with a clock, but when I heard about the Red Line options, went for the Tacho.
See attached photos.
