Member rides discussion thread
« on: November 25, 2007 - 02:16:04 PM »
I just started a thread that I made a sticky for everyone to show off their car and tell alittle about it and themselves.  Once it gets going, I think it will be a sweet!  Nothing but pictures of everyones cars with no chatter or hijacking!

What does everyone think??     :dunno:

Great idea!
And 10 pics should be more than sufficient!

About ourselves too?
Another good idea, but you also should write that in your top post in that thread.
  ;)

Just one thing, will pictures that are stored on the CCC server remain there as long as that thread?
I see that the pictures in various older threads are all gone.
I use Photobucket for my pictures to avoid that.

Pictured will probably disappear when the upload folder is cleaned.  Each member will have to update their post if and when that happens.   I have all the pictures for the car of the month archives just for that reason and have reloaded them once already.   :2thumbs:

And another thing, I think that the pic limit is too much.  Even on DSL it takes forever to load the second page.   :2cents:

That is a great idea 4C.  But I have to agree that we should limit the number of photos to 5 or less.  I love all of the car pics, but 10 might be a bit high.   :dunno:

Not everyone will post 10 pics but that is what's allowed per post by the system and I want everyone to have their one post and show what they have.    :grinyes:   I think you can post a pic of your daily driver if you want in your one post.  This will help people get to know each other and will definitely help me keep track of who has what car!  lol
