My dog was too.  That is an example of a cover song gone bad. I would rather hear AC/DC do  Pat's "A white sport coat and a pink carnation"

Today at work, Frank Zappa's 'Don't Eat The Yellow Snow' came up in the midst of our techie banter. My supervisor, in ridiculously out of character fashion rattles off "...he reached down and he gathered up a generous mittenful..." Without a moment's hesitation, I pick up with "...of the DEADLY yellow snowwwwww". The point i'm tryin' ta make is that even with my warped sense of musical humour, I just cannot get my mind wrapped around Celine Dion's version of 'Shook Me All Night Long'. Carl, i'm so sorry mate  :misbehaving:

But what about Pat Boone doing Black Hole Sun?

70 Cuda, 7.0L Gen-III Hemi, Viper T56 w/9310 gearset, 3.91's, Megasquirt MS3x v3.57, Innovate wideband, Firm Feel upper arms, torsion bars, springs and strut rods, QA1 DA shocks. I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

:roflsmiley: :roflsmiley: :roflsmiley: :roflsmiley:

This is a good one, thanks for the fun. I knew this would raise NZ's eyebrows!  :22yikes:   :ylsuper:

Good post, it does raise some good discussion.  :2thumbs:

:iagree:  Just saw Def Leppard a couple of months ago, good show.

I have saw Def Leppard twice. I saw them 1st when I was in 4th grade. It was AMAZING! Joan Jet opened for them. The second time I saw them at the Cingular center in Charlotte two years ago I think. I wasn't as impressed that. It was right when they came out with those cover songs.  All of their old songs didn't sound the same. Maybe it was because it was outside but I don't think so. Journey opened for them and was the best part of the show. I would see them again.
