Take it from me. You will find that 2 weeks off isn't never enough time.  Do what you can and enjoy.  And hope it doesn't rain for 2 weeks and crap like that.  Weather will play a key roll in what dominates your little home adventure.  I hope it all goes good for you.  Do you want me to take the engine and trans over to your gf's house and tarp it up for you   (IF)   I can swing it?   I have a tarp and you will need to dissamble the things and freshen them up anyways. Once Im out of town, the wife lets no one in my shop.

It is raining now for the next 3 or 4 days here.    Be prepared to work around weather situations.  And pace yourself.  Once yer home, you will not want to go back

I guess you could take it over there may be room in the shed we got also for it.  I Hope that it is not raining there when I am the house but it might be.  I might be able to do some things for my car I hope.  I need to take the seats out and the dash for sure.  I need to send the core to Nick so I can get a new one.  I dont have a core anymore.  Gordon

I also talked to Scott Harms today and I am getting the first set of side scoopes for the M46's that he has done for me now.  I am going to send him an e-mail tomorrow and he is going to send them to me so I can work with them and see how good they are and how they fit and how to put them on as well.  He said he needs to sell 50 of them to break even.  So guys I will post pictures of them when I get them and I may go ahead and attach them to the quarters that I am getting as well and see how they look.  Just wanted to update everyone on them being made and going to  be sent to me also.  Gordon

Can't wait to see what they look like, how they fit, and what price.
I hope to be able to afford a few pair soon.

I know the price and they are affordable.  There will be several ways to install them.  Might not even have to bolt them on,  Some were bolted on and some were screwed on.  Might not even have to screw them on.  Just thinking.  I have not seen pics of them but will have them when I get home.

I agree.  Funny how it is easier to deal with Dave then just drive for an hour and a half to Stephens performance to pick it up on site. They mark there stuff up alot. An example is the shaker hoods for 1199.  They are cutting their own throats if you ask me.

I like dealing with Dave for sure he is a good guy.  Sounds like Stephens perforance would not be good to deal with.

Here is one pic of the hood I am getting also and it has the 340 side plates and the one on the front also and is in real good shape.
