Hi my name is Alex  and I am 6 years old. My dad is always on here and said you might help me with my project. I want to collect a license plate from every state. I have TN, TX, PA, KY. I also have some others that I can trade. My dad said that we will pay for shipping but I am not allowed to buy any lincense plates. Here is my picture and my extra plates.
