And another photo of the driver's side to show just how bad they really were.  Fortunately, the lower quarter only requires the quarter skin and nothing more.

I thought they were from a Superbird wing, but Iron(??) said they were too far apart for that.  So my next guess was it had some wild homemade wing attached to the tops.  Someone went through the car earlier on in its life and did some horrible bondo work to the dents... ::)  But I'm fixing all that.  8) :P

Street, looks like its on its way back to life. Was the upper half (brown color) of the quarter from a donor car?

Do you know much did they charge for replacing the quarter? (mines going to need the same repairs).

Rusty Dodge, yes, the upper quarters were taken from a donor car.  As for the lower quarter pricing, I haven't received my receipt yet, so I really don't know how much it was.  I think it would be safe to say expect to pay between $250-$500, depending on what the going rate for your local shop is.  Mine was at a neighbor/friend discount, so I would say I paid close to $350 for the welding and fabrication of the lower quarter.  Reproduction quarters have their share of work needed to get them to fit up nicely.  Originally, he had expected it to take 10 hours @$25 to weld in the quarter, but that didn't happen... ::)  Hope this sort of gives you an idea.  :)

Looking good Street, glad to see you could use original peices at the fuel filler area because the repos are way off. Try installing a sidemarker light in those holes before the work is done!! Mine were not centered ::)
