    Just a quick GTX question........

     Could someone please tell me what years they put 440+6's in GTX's?

     Also, if there were any 440+6 convertibles in 69, and 70?

    I THINK it was only 70 and 71. But for all I know there could be a lift-off hood 69 1/2 440-6 GTX out there.

    1970 was the first year for the 440+6 in the GTX, and 1971 was the last.  GTX converts were available with the 440+6 in 70, but I have no idea how many were made.

    Thanks very much bordin, and FJ5   :2thumbs:

     I only ask because I was talking to one of my coworkers, and he told me about a GTX that had a 440 six barrel in it that has been sitting for about a dozen years in the same spot down the street from his house.
     He also said that it might even be a convertible  :jumping:
     If it wasn't for this friggin weather, I'd be there right now  :swear:
     Stay tuned, I guess.........
