245 stock horses under my hooD.  Had I been born 2 years earlier, my Cuda would've been a Hemi.

Still all stock-240hp, could use more but I don't want to be the first to "pop the cork" on this engine since it runs well.

Pretty sure the good 'ole 383 2 bbl still puts out an earth quivering 275 horsepower, probably less.

Oh well, that isnt why I own it.  I own it to drive it.   :2thumbs: :cooldancing:

Dyno sheet shows 275 rwhp. Once all the drivetrain and altitude losses are calculated into it, mine is currently 425 at the crank at sea level. Could probably get more out of it with a cam change. So it depends on how you want to figure the horsepower as to what level I could say it is at.

My Challenger has a modified 440 built by Hughes Engines. The build sheet has a HP rating of 420 at the crank. But I want more, more HA-HA yes more!!!!! :2thumbs:
