There was a thread on here a week or so back with one of his handyman corner vids, where he takes the two k cars and cuts them in half.   :smilielol:  It seemed as though only a few of us have watched him.  It used to be on late nights 10 pm or so on PBS here too, havent seen it in a few months at least.   :dunno:

We lost it about 3 years ago. It used to be on Public TV but they discontinued it. We watched it every Sunday and sometimes there was a marathon and we would watch all day. I really miss that show!!!!!!!!!!

I really loved when Red made the front end loader out of an Aframe latter, lincoln continental with power windows, and a garbage can.

and the 1hour special on teenagers.... like setting the radio to bad AM and smashing it, church pew front seat, neon dome light......

I just got done watching another episode of it at 9:30 P.M. Central Time on PBS from Marquette, MI.  It was pretty good to watch it again after being deprived of it down at school.

Yep, they had a little "in case of emergency break glass" box for when they ran out.

We still get it on PBS at 10pm on Saturday night.  It's my familys favorite show, we always watch it together.  I thought they stopped making new shows a year or two ago when Harold got married.

The last episode ever made was when Harold got married at the lodge.  One of the funniest yet saddest episodes I ever wached.

When I was at PennState we used to go to our dormatory commons lounge the next building over to shoot pool.  Often times there was this real dorky lookin' kid sittin' in the lounge watching that show on the TV - must have not had his own TV.  I remember thinkin' it was the DUMBEST thing I'd ever seen on TV, but then I was there while the guy did the episode about the Lincoln Cont. Front end loader, and I must admit it was pretty funny.  All I can remember is the dorky kid in the lounge though - he was WEEEEEIIIIIRRRRDDDDD....  Like, Scary weird...

I still crack up when he makes a Zamboni out of a K-car.  When he needs a water delivery system and pitch forks the radiator, priceless.

"If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy"

That show is crazy......he's crazy!!

He uses that duct tape for everything yet when he wanted to repair something
once he was searching all around that lodge of his wondering what type of tape he should use  :faint:

I remember one of his shows building another car...this time incorporating a little airplane technology...

The plan was when you step on the brakes...not only would all 4 car doors open but the hood would pop up as well...his reasoning was it would be like air brakes...the opening of the doors and hood would cause like a drag to help stop the car  :screwy:

silly stuff !!
