If you're working on a budget, you might consider a fiberglass repro bumper.  That's what we have on the front (we straightened out a real one for the back).  The plastic version fits pretty well; it's only off a little on the curvature by the side marker lights.  I made an angle iron reinforcement that went the entire width of the bumper and welded the bumper bolts on to that.  I then fiberglassed it onto the inside of the plastic bumper.  When the painter shot the car, he did the bumpers at the same time, and they look great.  The front bumper was $135 plus shipping, the resin and glass was about $10 at Home Depot, and the metal was about $14, if I recall correctly.  Here's the website:

I checked out the site for challenger bumpers, but did not see anything. Do you knoe if they make the plastic bumpers for the challengers?
