looking for orignal owner of my car

hello  im new to the board ;D
 was hopping if any 1 on here knew of the orignal owner of my 1970 barracuda L code convert ??? ???
 his name is wane hartle (spelled right?)  he lives or did  live in ny or nj           he has a bunch of cuda convertibles :D :D   did own the famous red hemi cuda convertible (1970) :D   anyway im getting closer to start restoring my car and have some ? on it ??? ???   he would be best 1 to answer cause he owned it 25+ years   the car was then sold to a fred jackson of gailsburg il. (from who i bought it from)    
   any help would be gratefull

i have pics on my computer but im not on it im at g/f house  and be damm if i can find them on her computer lol   il try to semd some when next time im online at my house    any members here from southern mo.?

I know who you are talking about. I don't know how to get in touch with him personally but a friend of mine might. I think he bought some cuda parts off of him. Give a day or two and I will see what I can come up with.

Hey, If you track down his name, I live in NY and may be able to help. Let me know as Im always willing to lend a hand. Im in search of the fender tag and broadcast sheets for my car as well...Would anyone have any info about a 1970 Barracuda near Buffalo NY? I am in search of the build sheet and fender tag that someone may still have in there garage!! Yep she's just a plain jane car but sure would be nice to have the documentation on it. Car was purchased in South Buffalo area. Color originally was rally red? Now plumb crazy. Thanks all!!

could you mean Wayne Hartye? used to see his name mentioned with the types of mopars you listed.
