    it sure looks like you having fun, try to use weld-thru primer to cut down on corrosion between welded parts,I use etching primer on bare metal in un-accessible areas before welding, you may want to do some research on POR-15,there are many horror stories going around,look into Rust Bullet.

    Thats what I prefer. I reduced it with just a little bit of Acetone and it sprayed on smooth.

    I just got my new used rocker panel friday night so I spent all day drilling ont spot welds. :pullinghair: Now that I have the pieces I can get some work done.We got the rocker and the cowl to fit real nice all we have to do is clean them up and weld them in.Once I get the upper cowl corners from Roseville Motors I will be able to finish.I will feel better when this part is done!

    Well I got some more done on the cowl and it seems every time I get close to finish I find another piece I have to fix. :pullinghair:
    If things go good I will try to weld in the floors Sunday morning.

    I put a few hours in on the Challenger today I'm kind of tired of working on the cowl so I put the front floor in.Maybe next Sat. I'll finsh the rear floors and get back to the cowl. :banghead:
