    that cloth-like tape is great stuff.  tough as he11 and looks good too. At first it feels like it will come right off again, but after a while it sorta melts together.  There are several automotive shop in my area, but there was only 1 that sells it...  :clueless: 
    Brad, I plan on driving next summer for sure.... when funds allow that is.... looks like it might happen  :2thumbs: :burnout:

     That must be some kinda friction tape hybrid your working with. Forgot the name but I found one similar while doing a wiring job that actually shrink wraps.

    when you get the metering valve installed, and brake fluid in the lines, don't be surprised if it drips some brake fluid.  mind did that until i had about 50 miles on it.  after sitting on the shelf for a while, they can be a little sticky!

    still got to torque down the intake and rebuild the carb...

    the color actually looks more blue in the pics.  It s called Chrysler green, kinda turquoise.  I didn`t think orange would make a nice combo with the exterior.

    yea it did.  I think they may have used a 1970 440-6  B-body donor for this cuda.  Engine internals, cast manifolds, the cooler partnumber is for a 440-6 B. and it came with a B-body dana too.  btw... could that theory be verified by the vin# on the block?

    Is there any letters with the vin number?

    That turquoise looks great.  Much better match for the car than orange.
