One thing about building models is when you have a odd ball idea you can build it in plastic and get a pretty good idea what it would look like. Here is a 71 cudabird and a 71 duster daytona. I have even seen a 71 4 door cuda (which was just wrong.) I'll try and find a pic of that one!!!!

I like the Duster Daytona!!!!  :2thumbs:

the car companies down here certainly get a lot wrong i can assure you, right hand drive valiants/darts with engines offset to the left? steering boxes bolted to chassis rails so they can flex, crack and rust out, valiant /chrysler steering colomns that are angled not straight, thats why i own US  stuff. our local cars are really poor in everything , looks performance finish etc and how can anyone consider a 6cyl car a musclecar? they do down here.hell we even have to avoid kangaroos ( the pet hate of car owners), dears, koala bears, goannas, crocs, red back spiders, snakes, emus, and the occasional divorce lawyer!

That's how I feel every time I see a 69 Charger turned into another butt-ugly General Lee clone.

I just threw up in my mouth. I'm not a fan of wings cars, in fact, I think they're bloody hideous and I'm sure if it weren't for their great history they're probably be a complete flop. It's a vacuum cleaner nozzle car that you can hang on the wall. :eek4:  But, I do respect it's history and what it means to Mopar but I'd never buy or own one. Then to put it on a 'Cuda......man, that's just sad. :-[ :2cents:

I had seen a 71 Cuda 383 car several years ago that sported a authentic Bird wing on it....had a chance to buy it in the mid 80's when I was looking for parts for the Convertible. As soon as the owner found out that I was looking for parts for my Convertible, the car was no longer for sale! Don't know what ever happened to it....
