Well kinda? I bought a bunch a little things for myself, jack hold down kit, shock tower plugs, rally mirror nuts & screws, dome light lens & a complete(well they say) weatherstrip kit.
My poor kids are wondering why santa was so cheap this year! :naughty:
Merry Christmas to you & yours! Rich.

Hey, Don.

I used Discover card kickback money to get myself a compressor (Sears, cheap but serviceable) which is mostly for the Challenger.

Tools were big this year. Got a new compressor, air angle die grinder, and a 4 inch digital caliper. I did get new tinted door glass for my Cuda as they had some scratches in them.

I got a little companion for my car: a 1/24 scale funny car that I'll paint up to look like my car but with a funny car theme.  Comes with '72 Challenger grill and tail panel decals.

BTW, how are you doing, Don?  How's your Christmas?  Hope you have a Happy New Years!  :grinyes:

Nah, Santa focused on outfitting my Xbox with games and accessories.

But hopefully I'll be heading down south here soon to get my 440 BIG BLOCK...  I guess I could put it in a big red sack for the drive back....  :)

It's not exactly a Christmas present but I dropped mine off last week to get a new paint job, including new quarters and rear valance so I can upgrade the exhaust and run it out the back.  I've been saving up the money since last January, but it's actually been in planning for about 3 years.

My wife got me the Mopar black cast air cleaner to match my covers, the only problem is (yes hood clearance , I have a 1" plastic spacer under the carb) the mopar base is a 1/4" rise and my drop base is a 1 1/2" down. Now my old one is 14" round and the Mopar is 13" round. went to the auto store and got a 2" tall element that only drop it 3/4", still no good. Still need to go down 1" more. Ok , did I confuse everybody yet?. I'm running a Electric choke T-Q so the 13" base if I could find one will not work because it will hit the choke. So my game plan for now is: 1. use my 14" drop base with that element and the new Mopar lid which looks a little short or 2. return it to Summit and put my chrome covers back on with the chrome lid.  :dunno:

I got a set of 15" Rallye wheels, trim rings, and center caps.  Also the tires to go on them.  I actually got them a bit before Christmas but it seemed fair because I gave my wife some of her stuff early too.  Neither of us is particularly patient.

I would post a picture, but I figure you guys know what a Rallye wheel looks like.

I also got a couple of Mopar Hotwheels.
not a bad year overall.
