A/C Vent replacement

Looking to replace the center a/c vents in my dash.  I can tell they are screwed on from behind.  Is it possible to remove these and replace the vents without pulling the whole dash pad?    
Just trying to decide if it is worth it.  Mine aren't bad, they just have a small crack in the molding around the vent.

I don't think you can do it without pulling the dash pad.

There is really no way to replace the vents without pulling the dash. So, if you are looking for an all day project...

I've replaced mine without pullung the dash. I believe I just removed the ash receiver and possibly the glove box, been a while so I don't remember all the details. You will definetly need some paientence and an assortment of phillips screwdrivers.

   Watch e-bay as they appear on there once in a while. I've seen the center ones go for around $100 bucks or so.

I would think you could repaint these to a color that works for you.
